1. Service Agreement

By booking services with Elegant Wedding Creations, you agree to these terms. All appointments require a signed contract and deposit to secure your date.

2. Booking and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your wedding date. Final payment is due 7 days before your wedding. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before your wedding date: 50% refund. Cancellations made 30-90 days before: 25% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before: No refund.

4. Trial Sessions

We strongly recommend a trial session 4-8 weeks before your wedding. Trial sessions are booked separately and are not refundable.

5. Travel and Location

Services within Manhattan are included. Travel fees apply for locations outside Manhattan. Parking fees and tolls are the client's responsibility.

6. Liability

While we use only professional, skin-tested products, we cannot guarantee against allergic reactions. Clients should inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities.
